Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
His Grace's surgery went very well. However, His
Grace was a little too optimistic about the time of recovery. His doctor
has advised him that he should not talk for 3 weeks, and give his vocal
cords time to heal. Although this has been and will continue to be, a
difficult cross for the Bishop to bear, he is going to comply, and his
phone will be shut off until at least the 20th of August. Therefore, until further notice, all diocesan questions and concerns should still
be brought to me directly and not to His Grace.
