FORCC is offering a unique Lenten retreat for all Orthodox adults in Connecticut. "Being Human: Fully Alive" is a single session of the adult education program, "The Way: A Foundation in Orthodox Christianity".
Consisting of a short presentation, group discussion and a question and answer session with a panel, "The Way" was developed specifically to help average lay people with no formal theological education understand and explain their faith. We hope that you will encourage all your parishioners -- but especially your church school teachers and parents -- to give one Lenten morning to this excellent educational opportunity. The session will be led by Fr. Joshua and M. Jenny Mosher of Ss. Peter & Paul, Meriden, CT.
We hope you will plan to attend. The session will be held on Sat., March 28, 2009 from 9:00 am - noon at St. Mary's Orthodox Church, Waterbury.
Registration fee = $5.00.
